Welcome to Babies And You!

Parents always want the best for their babies, and with every child, it is an entirely new journey with lots of learning with each passing day. Parenting styles differ from individuals, and may also need to be changed from time to time. And for young parents, their parenting skills will have to be developed from learning experiences and practical parenting, but positive parenting solutions, parenting tips and parenting advice can also be picked up through parenting classes, parenting websites, parenting blogs, parenting forum, parenting articles, parents magazine, parenting books, and simply parents helping parents.

So what is parenting and how to be a good parent? Parental responsibility is part of parent hood with parental involvement. Be aware that experts, family and friends may sometimes offer contradictory advice. And I must say that, as new parents, whether you have had good parenting or bad parenting, no one can judge as we all do what we think are best for our children.

And looking after babies – for the new moms and dads, may at times feel overwhelmed. Being a new parent is far from easy – from baby colic, diaper rash, baby feeding and putting baby to sleep – just to name a few. And as the babies become infants, infants become toddlers, toddlers become young children, young children into teenagers, and teenagers into adult hood, and each stage of their life requires different parenting skills.

Here at BabiesNU, we aim to share our experiences in parenting and to make the parent hood journey a memorable one. So read on and share your experiences with us, so that all new parents have more readily accessible knowledge for their wonderful parenting journey ahead.
